LotusFlare and Jumio partner around the provision of LotusFlare DNO Cloud and Jumio KYX, solutions to accelerate digital customer verification and onboarding.
Santa Clara, CA – September 15th, 2022 – LotusFlare, provider of a cloud-native digital commerce and monetization service for communications and media service providers, today announced its partnership Jumio, the leading provider of orchestrated end-to-end identity proofing, eKYC and AML solutions.
The Jumio KYX Platform helps leading enterprises accurately establish, maintain and reassert trust from account opening to ongoing transaction monitoring. LotusFlare will offer Jumio as its eKYC solution when providing its Digital Network Operator® (DNO™), a cloud-native managed commerce and monetization service that acts as a fully-digital BSS to communications and media services providers around the world. LotusFlare DNO Cloud and Jumio KYX are currently in process of being integrated and jointly deployed at a major European CSP.
“We feel privileged to partner with LotusFlare, who are focused on digitizing commercial processes for their Telco customers and protecting them from fraud. By incorporating Jumio’s eKYC solutions, LotusFlare will make an even bigger impact in fighting fraud and providing a frictionless customer experience,” said Stan de Boisset, Vice-President of Global Partnerships at Jumio.
“Jumio is clearly the market leader for eKYC, a service that LotusFlare believes is critical to all-digital commercial operations of communications and media services providers,” said Eric Morhenn, Chief Commercial Officer of LotusFlare. “LotusFlare is proud to be partnering with Jumio and together we look forward to demonstrating the benefits of incorporating Jumio’s eKYC service as part of the outcomes that CSPs are asking LotusFlare to deliver.”
The LotusFlare DNO Cloud consists of pre-integrated experience-native SaaS products that simplify technology and the subscriber experience for communication services providers. The DNO Cloud is a commerce platform that is cloud-native “from the start” so that CSPs can, if they choose, bypass legacy systems and processes and rapidly go to market with new digital products and services. With core commerce capabilities including eSIM, converged charging, product catalog, rewards and contextual engagement, DNO Cloud provides the digital commerce and monetization services supporting customers that Jumio KYX will protect.
