Simplify Technology – Simplify Experience™
LotusFlare was born out of a vision of its founders to make the mobile internet accessible and affordable to people in parts of the world who often did not have access. The idea that drove LotusFlare founders to set out from Facebook was to grow the uptake of mobile internet by average people by simplifying the technology that provided access.
LotusFlare’s purpose is to simplify technology and customer experience to help industries change for the better in the way they serve their customers.
Chief Product Officer Terry Guo explains how LotusFlare looks to change industries.
LotusFlare’s mission is to design, build and advance a digital commerce and monetization platform that simplifies technology and customer experience to deliver valuable business outcomes to enterprises.
The lotus is a striking and unique plant that bears beautiful flowers, standing out in contrast to the murky waters of ponds where it grows. A flare is similar but in a more dramatic fashion — a swift and radiant burst of light that draws focus and brings clarity so objects can be seen. In merging these words to create our name, the idea was to become a company whose offerings shine out from the surrounding gloom, illuminating with brilliance and capturing attention for the outcomes they deliver. The key to creating such offerings is a commitment to LotusFlare’s core principle — simplify technology, simplify experience.
