LotusFlare DNO™ Cloud Receives Certification from ServiceNow

LotusFlare strives to meet the needs of communication service providers around the globe.

Santa Clara, California — December 8th, 2021 — LotusFlare today announced its Digital Network Operator® (DNO™)Cloud has received certification with ServiceNow and is available now in the ServiceNow Store.

The LotusFlare DNO Cloud is comprised of pre-integrated experience-native SaaS products that simplify technology and the subscriber experience for communication services providers (CSPs). The DNO Cloud is a commerce platform that is cloud-native “from the start” so that CSPs can, if they choose, bypass legacy systems and processes and rapidly go-to-market with new digital products and services. With core commerce capabilities including eSIM, product catalog, rewards and contextual engagement, DNO Cloud complements ServiceNow by monetizing digital network services supported by ServiceNow applications.

“Many communications service providers today struggle to evolve their digital offerings due to highly complex, rigid and expensive legacy bank-end IT systems. LotusFlare provides the DNO Cloud to help CSPs, if they so choose, to bypass these systems that are not fit for the digital age. By working with ServiceNow and LotusFlare, CSPs will improve customer onboarding, self-service, retention and customer engagement,” said Eric Morhenn, Chief Commercial Officer at LotusFlare.

Certification by ServiceNow is only granted to products available in the ServiceNow Store and signifies that LotusFlare DNO Cloud has successfully completed a series of tests surrounding Now Platform® security, compatibility, performance, and integration interoperability. The certification also reflects that ServiceNow best practices are utilized in the design and implementation of DNO Cloud.
